We can offer a range of consultancy services associated with the AquaFlux,
as follows:-

| Feasibility Trials |
Are you unfamiliar
with TEWL measurement and want fo get some understanding of what is involved?
Do you need convincing that the AquaFlux can do a better job than
your current equipment? Do you have an idea involving water vapour flux
measurement but are unsure if it will work or not?
In all the
above cases, a short feasibility trial may provide a quick and economical
way forward. You'll get access to an AquaFlux instrument, measurement
caps and other accessories, together with guidance on how to use them
in your intended application. Half a day or one day will probably be
enough - you can do an awful lot of measurements in one day!
We can make flexible arrangements for feasibility trials to suit your
requirements. We can come to your premises or you can come and work
in our applications laboratory. We can even perform measurements to your
specification but without your direct involvement. Just tell us what
you want and we'll send you the results.

| On-site Training |
We offer on-site training to new users of the AquaFlux. A typical training
session takes half a day and follows a pattern of (i) software installation
& testing on one or more of your PCs or laptops, (ii) PowerPoint
presentation with live demo covering all aspects of AquaFlux use
and care, and (iii) hands-on familiarisation.
On-site training complements the AquaFlux Reference Manual and other
instruction material and helps you and your co-workers to get the
best performance from the instrument. There is no limit on numbers,
but we ask you to provide a data projector for training groups of
2 or more. Training sessions are normally conducted in English, but
we are happy to run them in French or German.

| Custom Design & Fabrication |
The AquaFlux is a versatile
instrument that can potentially be used for many different kinds of measurements
on many different kinds of materials. To this end, we have developed
a number of measurement caps and adaptors, as listed on the AquaFlux
Accessories page. If you have a requirement that cannot be satisfied
by one of our standard caps or adaptors, then maybe we can work together
to develop one.

| Software Adaptation |
The AquaFlux software uses ActiveX components that can be integrated
with other software such as corporate databases. In practice, there are
often minor incompatibilities between different software systems and we
can provide support to your IT people to get the job done efficiently.

| Workshops |
We can offer workshop presentations that
include seminars, learning materials and hands-on experimentation on
a number of topics related to water vapour flux measurement, experiment
design and interpretation of measurements. Your place or ours?
